At the Fellowship Hour after worship, we celebrated Pr. Paul's 50 years in the ministry. He was ordained on August 15, 1972 at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Rochester, New York by the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. In 1977 he joined the roster of the ELCA and served at Salem Lutheran Church in Bethlehem until he retired in 2012. Since then he has served as a transitional pastor at several congregations in the Lehigh Valley, and has been at St. John's since October 2019.
